How long does shipping take once I've placed my order?

We aim to ship any purchase within 2 working days of order confirmation. Any orders placed on a Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. All our items will be shipped via Royal Mail.

 

How can I pay for my items?

We accept a range of payment methods including;

  • Credit or Debit card via Stripe
  • Paypal
  • Apple Pay

 

I want to return my purchase, how do I do this?

To return your item simply pop into store or give us a call on 01789 298844 or alternatively via email info@thequadcollection.com and we will be happy to help!

 

I received a gift but it is not suitable, can I exchange for something else?

Yes, we are happy to offer an exchange for any unwanted gifts within 28 days of purchase. All items must be unworn/unused, excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons.
